I am trying to run a runonce script for outlook profiler:

If @inwin=1
If Exist ("%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Profiler\*.do?")
? "Outlook Profile Configured"
Else
? Run Q:\Outlook Profiler\profiler.exe
? MD "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Profiler\"
EndIf
If @inwin=2
Run "Q:\Outlook Profiler\profiler.exe"
EndIf

Here's what I am trying to do in pseudocode:
If it is a Windows NT OS, then if this part to the profile exist, so do nothing, otherwise run the program and create the path in the user profile so that it does not start again.
If it is a Windows 9x OS, then just run the program.

What am I doing wrong in this KIX script? It's not working for me.
