Comment:

I am using XEmacs to write some Java and want to put a .jar file in to be used. I have put it into the j2sdk1.4.2\jre\lib\ext folder, but XEmacs does not find it. Is there anything else I could do?

There is a chance the jar file is corrupt, if anyone knows where to get a full javabook.jar file from?

I may not be remembering correctly here but can't you place the information you need XEmacs to have in its startup/init file?
