Is there a way I can run Ryan/McFarland Cobol under Win 7?

Specs: Windows 64
I currently run Ryan/McFarland Cobol under Windows ME. Is there any way that I can run it using Windows 7? I haven't found anyplace where I can seem to find an answer to this. I write all my own applications for a museum but would like to get rid of the old equipment and run the programs from a museum laptop using a modern printer if possible. I would really appreciate any help anyone could provide in steering me in the right direction! Thanks!

Maybe, using a virtual machine (I only mention because "virtual box" was recently mentioned in the forum - I have zero knowledge/experience using this.)

If Ryan/McFarland Cobol is 16 bit it will never run on a 64 bit machine unless you use some sort of virtual machine.

Can you tidy up your spec sometime? It presumably should read Windows 7. There is no such thing as Windows 64, although you can always say 64 bit (assuming that's what you mean).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
