Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate(32-bit)
I want to program in IA-32 assembly language. I want to know the I/O device addresses for using the IN and OUT instructions. Please can you tell me how can I find the I/O device addresses on my PC? My OS is Windows 7 and CPU is Pentium(R) Dual core. RAM is 2 GB.

Under Windows 7 and Windows family based on NT kernel (Windows NT and higher) you can't directly access I/O ports running applications with user privilege level.

As Windows 7 is a layered system you have to code a kernel level program as Device Drivers, not just access the I/O ports.
