Roman Numerals

Design a program that prompts the user to enter a number within range of 1 through 10. The program should display the Roman numeral version of that number. If the number is outside the range of 1 through 10, the program should display an error message.

I don't use C#, but in general, you could create a loop that accepts and validates user input; if the input is within the specified range, exit the loop and process the number. Just check the input for special cases - 4, 6, and 9... otherwise, spit out the numeral(s).
