I'm trying to install Visual Studio .Net but I can't get pass the Windows Component Update!!! I follow the instructions but it's asking me for a administrator username and password which I don't have because I've never entered a password. I was able to install the trial version but once I uninstalled it, it's asking me to download the Windows Component again. I'm supposed to do the following: * Download Security Updates * Install IIS and FPSE * Configure FPSE * Install Security Updates * Return to setup * Configure IIS on Windows .NET Servers
I can do the first 2 but I start getting problems when I have to configure FPSE and install the security updates. The option to instal VS .Net is disabled until the Windows Components are installed.
