Installing Printers via Batch File

Specs: Windows XP, Varies
I am completely stumped on this. Basically what I want to do if create a batch file to:
1. Install the printer driver
2. Install the printer itself (with the right TCP/IP settings)
3. Setting the printer as default

Now, I've read everything about the script
RUNDLL32 PRINTUI.DLL,PrintUIEntry, but even with some fiddling around, I still cannot get it to do what I want.

The closest I ever got was that it told me there was no valid drivers for the printer.

The printer in question is a Dell Color Laser 3110cn. I appreciate any help in this matter, I would like to have to not install the printer manually on 40 computers. ;)

This is simple to do. One word.. iPrint :)

But I'm guessing your not in a Novell environment. Do you have Microsoft Active Directory?

We are currently using Windows Server 2003 w/ Active Directory. We can also use Altiris to distribute the script, if that's why you're asking.

Do you have print managers?

Also.. GPO's might be another solution:

We don't have a print manager.

The reason I ask for a batch file is because I know its possible. I remember at my old job, the way you installed printers was that you downloaded a batch file off the portal and ran it. It would install the printer you selected off the portal. It was so convienent.
