inhibit directry chnges when saving

Hello
Im definitely not a programmer
But i wonder if anyone can shed some light on this.
Can you inhibit the changing of directory when using the standard microsoft file/open/save dialog?
Hope this makes sense

nope, you would need to create a custom save dialog for that.
