Import text into excel

Specs: Windows 7
1. I created a script for get a file link.

a. for /r k:\ %%g in (*.doc *.docx *.pdf) do echo %%g >> C:\temp\test.txt

2. after get a text file, inside should be look like this link and could be more as thousand links.

a. k:\WI M007-5002-IDS-01 Rev A1_092612.doc

3. How can I import the text file into excel by another script?

or, only one script could run with two function.

4. I try manually import it into excel, but i have to run VB below to active cell to be hyperlink.

a. Sub HyperAdd()
' Converts each text hyperlink selected into a working hyperlink
For Each xCell In Selection
ActiveSheet.Hyperlinks.Add Anchor:=xCell, Address:=xCell.Formula
Next xCell
End Sub

5. Please help if possible put these function into one script to do all at the time as well.

make another batch file and link all of them in order! isnt that simple :)
