Ok here's the deal, I am quite experienced in programming in alot of diffrent languages. For example VB6, 8 and 9, C#, C++. These are all microsoft languages. Latly I kinda don't like microsoft because it's just alot of crap of my experiences and I would change operating system if I didn't have this lot of stuff on windows. I've tried java also but I find that crap as well because no compiler I've tried has worked to compile the most simple code. Even if I download somebody else's code and try 2 compile it just won't work. So that's crap. I've worked with VB9 for long time now but now I kinda find that 2 be crap 2. I've bought a tutorial in c++ and that's so much crap you can't even imagine. First it doesn't work with my version of c++ then it's this lot of errors in the source code that is included for the complete program 2 work and this source code is supposed 2 be tested but f--- it, it doesn't work. And when I finally get that going then my code is wrong. I try the source that is the working program 2 see what's wrong, and belive it or not but my code is EXACTLY the same as the working code only my doesn't work and the other does. So who wouldn't be pissed. So why am I writing this?
well I need some help. If anyone know's a good language to program games in the please tell me. If anyone know's a good tutorial 2 start binary programming that would be great.
and thanks for all help

I'd suggest you try compiling C++ code with GCC, under Linux, but you'd probably think that idea was crap.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

I'm not sure how it is for game programming, but you could try REALBasic. It's a cross platform language that can simultaneously compile your source code for Windows, Linux, and Mac (creating a binary for each platform).
