|VB 4 is a standalone programming application, and a pretty old one at that, and is part of MS Visual Studio. Nothing at all to do with Microsoft Office. What you get with Microsoft Office is Visual Basic for Applications which is a subset of Visual Basic. 4/5/6. It con only be used within MS Office and cannot be used to create standalone applications as VB 4/5/6 can.|
The latest version of Visual Basic is VB6 and that goes back to 1998 so getting a copy of VB4 is going to be nigh on impossible.. It has been superseded by VB.NET which is still part of MS Visaul Studio.
Visual Basic was never made available for download so if you do find a copy, it is going to be an illegal version. Google is your only hope.
