I need to create a batch execution.

Specs: Windows XP
I have a folder with around 586 ogg files, which i have to execute in a command line

dec.exe -Q <filename>.....

i made up the code below....


@Echo Off

For %%A in (*.ogg) Do Call :DX %%A
GoTo :EOF

:DX
dec.exe -Q "%%A"
GoTo :EOF


i ran this from the root folder.....yet i get a file file not found/invalid file/can't open error.....

[1] That's not a DOS script.

[2] You ran it from the root but the ogg files are not in the root. Not surprising they were not found.

Can you please gimme a good alternative?

as in gimme a good DOS version.

Start in the folder where the ogg files are and:

for %%A in (*.ogg) do dec.exe -Q "%%A"
