Hello everyone! :D
OK, until today I tought that the "Terminal" font (the one that DOS/command prompt uses) was a regular C:\WINDOWS\Fonts font, but it turned out it wasn't. I tried making a TextBox in C# with the Terminal font by default, but the font wasn't in the Fonts selection, even though I can see it in the Fonts selection in Notepad... Where can I get this font? Thanks! ;)

By the way, I need the font to be able to display ASCII "art" and to be freeware preferably. ;)

Courier and Courier New are both monospaced fonts that work for ASCII art as well. Both are on standard XP installs.

Wait a minute... I just realized that neither Lucida nor any of the Couriers can display these characters! O_O They did display them on DAMN NFO Viewer tough... How can I get them to do this in Notepad? All I need is a monospaced font that can display the same ASCII characters as the Terminal font... Thanks! ;)

By the way, I've already tried these:

HVDOSBox <-- didn't have the characters
HVTerminal <-- neither
HVRaster <-- width is screwed up
MS LineDraw <--height screwed up

I REALLY need a font like this. I think that there's a way to fix Lucida and the Couriers though... Thanks! ;)

So hard to type in Google search:
terminal.ttf and download it?
If u need terminal.fnt then it's already in Windows i guess but programs can't use them i think.

Well, not quite... That's the font I needed, and it works... but the characters don't show up in C# in my form designer! Why is this? I'm choosing the same charset (OEM/DOS) that I'm using in Notepad... What can I do about this? Is this a Visual Studio setting or something? Thanks! ;)

(Sorry for triple-posting...)
And no, neither Lucida Console, Courier, nor Courier New have these characters... and sorry if I caused a confusion, but it's not the ASCII charset that I want, it's the OEM one. Sorry, I was misinformed... Thanks! ;)

(Sorry for double-double-posting...)
It works now. I just setted the button's FlatStyle property to System and the character came up! Thanks everyone! I'll post my program here when I finish it! ;)
