Solved I need a batch file to copy whole folder

Specs: Windows XP
I need a batch file to copy whole directory to network drive and Make the directory on the drive if doesnt exist. This is what I was playing with :

@ECHO OFF

MKDIR \\wi\TechFiles\Eric\QuickBooks

Copy C:\Documents and Settings\ehumbertson\My Documents\*.* \\wi\TechFiles\Eric\

End

It makes the directory but doesnt copy the folder.

Paths/filenames with spaces must be enclosed in " "

"Copy C:\Documents and Settings\ehumbertson\My Documents\*.*" \\wizardry1\TechFiles\Eric\
