I have a hyperlink on a webpage that I need to open up in a new window at a small size. I know how to get it in a new window..but how do you specify the size of the new window to open up?

Use a quick bit of Javascript like this:

[a href="javascript:window.open('http://www.google.com', 'WinName', 'width=200,height=200');"]Open Window[/a]

You may want other features in the list along with width and height, such as an address bar, etc. Find them here.
