hi,
i am having difficulties trying to save a graph output from Xgraph (on cygwin). When trying to save, HardCopy the available formats are:

output device: HPGL, Postscript, Idraw, Tgif.
When i save these i get two kinds of file extensions: .hpgl and .obj, i dont know how to open these file extensions to display the graph or how to convert these to more familiar file formats, like jpeg, etc.
Is there a free program to open these/convert these??
Can someone plz help me.
Thanks

If you can save to file, then there is software to convert at least hpgl and postscript. HPGL is the language used by plotters (and some laser printers). Postscript is another page description language. You can send it to a postscript printer or use software like Ghostscript to display or to convert to another printer. There are also hpgl conversion programs. Search Google - hpgl conversion. I have only experience with Ghostscript since I use it as a CAD program.
