Specs: Windows 7
I want to write an automated batch file that can do:

- telnet
- pass user/pass
- command 1
- command 2
- if possible, check output for errors
- save log in output file

Is this possible to do so? I have to run 100 of commands everyday, this can help the cause a lot.

Not without third party programs. Plink comes to mind.

If this is going to be run from a Win7 box, you could theoretically use .NET sockets to emulate a telnet client, but that's a pain.
