I was trying to find an applicationt hat I could use to mirror a website folder

I was trying to use some thing like wget but each time I did it would go up a directory and grab all the manuals from other vendors.

Is there a easy way to grab every thing in

and all subfolders

you might try wget with some additional tweaking.
First, download the "primary" page (the one that has the hp manuals links) using wget based on the address-bar contents.
f/e, the download file comes in as hpmanuals.html
wget -i hpmanuals.html -F
this will proceed to download all the urls that are contained in hp.html (see wget -h)
(you might also need the -r recurse option, i can't remember if it descends subirs or not)
wget -r -i hpmanuals.html -F
The only other way i know is work with ftp, assuming you have ftp access.
