how can i maximize my turbo C screen in windows 7

You can't, there is no way to maximize a DOS window since Vista. To get full screen or enter graphic mode in Turbo C under Win 7 you need to execute it inside a virtual machine like MS Virtual PC or VirtualBox (both free) running a DOS operating system (e.g. MS DOS or FreeDOS, the free open source clone).
