How to hijack INT 13h in bootloader

I have a bizzard project that require me to hijack INT13h as early as I can (like in bootloader!) so I can keep a log of IDE communications. I think it is similar with EZDrive in invocation (ie. install a new driver on top of INT13h or bios overlay) but I cannot find any good resource in doing so.

And advise is greatly appreciated!
