Hi all,
I have a problem. I have to export a Query from MS Access file to a file which can be read in Xterminal. The problem is how to ignore the character ^M at the end of each line. That usually happens when you open a window text in linux.
I have came up with solution is using OpenRecordSet in MS Access to create a string then + Character Return Key(in VisualBasic that is vbCr) and loop through the whole Query.

Imagine: string = string + QueryIterm + vbCr

Finally we end up with a string and by exporting that string to file, we can get the file that don't have ^M at the end of each line in Linux.
The idea is simple but I still can not use OpenRecordSet and How to write string to file.
Anyone can help me??? Thanks a lot.
