Solved how to create a file (.txt/.pdf) in batch&save to a location

Specs: Windows 7
I used this
">>C:\Users\saqlain\Documents\Backup\newFile.txt"

it creats a file but when i run it for the next time it just overwrites.what i need is as many times i run the script it should create a new file those many times

could anyone please help me?

technically, that should work as shown. But the question is if it works in the context of your script.
">>" always appends to existing file, so there must be something else in your script that is defeating this intention.
