Is this a trick question? Make sure the file is closed. Richtclick and select renamefrom context menu. Change the name to whatever you want. Click Enter. Job done.
Or do you have a bunch of these files that you want to rename and are looking for an automated way to change them? If so I'll have to leave it to others to help you write a batch file if that is the correct term to use. I'm a point-n-click person.
