How do I move files using a .bat?

CPU/Ram: intell pentium processor
Product: acer travelmate 3230 lapt

If I had a bunch of documents and i want to put them in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033, how would i do it if i just had a .bat and the documents in the same USB or drive?
