How do I activate or call a procedure in delphi?

I wish to call a procedure which changes the size of a bar which also triggers a timer, I wish for it to be called from a different procedure but I am unsure of how to go about this, these two procedures are part of the same form. I already have the procedures made and partly working but i cannot call one from the other is there any how to do so. Thank you
