I get difficulty in writing a c++ (object oriented or ordinary)programm that uses system function in order to delete/sort/select a file from my own folder

To answer the subject question literally, I would tell you to look up ShellExecute() and similar functions.

To help you with the specific issue you are experiencing you would have to let us know exactly what that issue is and show us the code that you are using. Otherwise we would just have to guess what mistake or combination of errors your code might include.
