How can I know whether any process is running or not from C++
Actually I want to run a process if it is already not running.

You could probably do it a lot easier in a batch file with an IF statement and a command line process viewer/killer such as process.exe

UNIX is an operating system, OS/2 is half an operating system, Windows is a shell, and DOS is a boot partition virus.
