"I need to build hmm by using HTK"

That doesn't make much sense to those who don't know what "hmm" or "HTK" stand for.

Please try again but leave out the obscure abbreviations! You are more likely to get useful replies if you use the proper names.

HMMER is a software package used for pattern recognition, DNA sequencing specifically.

HTK is text-to-speech recognition, based off of HMM's output.

More likely the OP hasn't gotten a response because no one here has used those tools.

In Java there is also Hidden Markov Model>. HTK is mentioned here

I only learned this from a Google search. I know nothing of either.

Of course they could refer to something else entirely. The point being that the computer industry is flooded with abbreviations and it is often not clear what they mean, particularly when there is little context. On a forum abbreviations should be avoided unless they are well known. Spelling out terms in full takes a few more seconds but can make the difference between receiving a quick reply or none at all.

A good robust sample of input, and intended output, would be good. Since I don't use the software, I'm clueless. Also, since you've already worked on it, posting your code could help, even if it didn't work. Software or Application-specific problems sometimes need App-spec solutions, but if the material is accessible to non-app-spec utilities, then sometimes a "work-around" can be built.
