Hiding Task Bar

Dear Friends,
I am using a MDI form and I want that whenever my form gets the focus then the taskbar is hidden. i.e. My form must occupy the entire screen.

Pls Help

Of course, that's assuming you're using C++ (seeing as you didn't say).
