Help With Flash MX please?

Ok guys i am using Macromedia flash MX. I am trying to make a music video, but it is kind of hard co ordinating my mouth and body movement with the song. Isnt there a way to display the sound waves by frame so that i can see when theres a higher pitch (which means talking or a big sound etc).
I hope you guys know what i mean.. If not then please email me or something, maybe i could explain it better, thanks :)

I don't think it worked the first time. If it did, oops.
I think I know what you're talking about. If you used a separate layer for the music (which is recommended anyway), it should show a squiggly line that gets larger and smaller. I think it just shows volume though; not pitch. Hope this helps.
