FoxPro is a legacy DOS application and printer drivers are part of the package not the operating system. So stated if you are running under a Windows environment the best way is to buy the DOSprn utility that converts old printer streams in ESC/P or PCL to be processed by Win printers.

It is cheap and for me worked very fine

FoxPro will print to a PCL (HP) printer. If you have access to the source code, most printer features can be supported. If the application was designed for plain DOS printing features can be supported by commands downloaded to printer. Landscape, lines per page, fonts, etc.
