Specs: Windows XP
Hi, I am looking for a DOS script (bat file) that will search a list of *xml files within a folder for the string 'Schedule' and once it finds the string it will copy the xml file(s) to another folder. Thanks!

I went ahead and did some more research and found a good CMD command line site at and was able to write a single line to filter half of a year's worth of *xml data files before processing. It works well. KIS.

for /f "tokens=*" %%G IN ('findstr /S /M "Schedule" *.xml') Do copy e:\iso_messages\spp\Test2\%%G e:\iso_messages\spp\Test3
