what about writing a windows shell program that parents can use at home to stop their kids running certain programs without their permission and to stop their kids installing programs without their permission or to stop their kids tweaking the computer so much that they have to re-install windows?
you could also add features such as between 4 and 6pm, the kids can log in to run programs that will enable them to do their homework only
while after, say 7pm, the kids can log in to play games and surf the internet
may be even include timed sessions so that each brother and sister get their fair share of the computer each night
Interesting concept... A user mangagement program would be fairly easy... but I like more of the Neural Networks, Mobile Agents, etc... type of senior projects.
