Filing and typing a form on PC

I use Acrobat software to download and open form, but I can not typing or filing that form.
Is there any software can help typing form on PC ?

I think that your question is how to fill out a form that somebody sends you as a pdf file. First of all, if they had wanted to enable this feature, they could have. But they're probably morons and don't know how to use adobe acrobat, so they didn't take advantage of the form features.
If you buy the full version of acrobat (not reader) it has several features I use to fill out forms. You just draw a textbox over the field and form away. Unfortunately, the full version of acrobat will set you back a pretty penny...around $200.
