File upload in java

Hi, I'm implementing WebServer. I am writing PUT method of HttpRequest. I would like to know that how can I upload the file into dir. using java? E.g I give requestline: PUT /AAA/abc.txt HTTP/1.1 Now, if abc.txt is not exists in dir. AAA then I want to upload that file into the directory. I really appreciate any help on this. Thanks.
