Field extraction with Batch?

Specs: Windows XP
Is field extraction possible in Batch?

Using the command:

netsh interface show interface -> The below table gets dropped, is there a way to extract the field under interface name for the and bring it into a script as a variable? (Perl isn't an option in this case, and I dont know VB
