Why would you want to Intercept E-mails within an Intranet that are not sent to you.
If the question is How to configure a corporate E-mail server, then you have some serious reading to do.

============================================================== First, I for one (as well as many others on this forum) will not hand you answers to school work projects without you first posting some sort of attempt on your part. We are not helping you one bit if we do it for you but if you show some effort and give us something to point out corrections with then you are actually looking for assistance in understanding rather than not doing any of it yourself.
Second, I am rather certain that there are only a VERY limited number of reasons to intercept emails within an intranet infrastructure. The most prevelent concern would be to write virus' and I (again, as well as many others here) would be VERY leary of assisting someone to this end.
With these concerns aside I wish to wish you Good luck...
