[Delphi] full screen in WinXp

I've created an application with Delphi5/6. The WindowState of my form is set to wsMaximized and the Borderstyle to bsNone. When I run my app unther Win98 everything goes ok. But when I run it unther WinXp the taskbar stays visible for 20 sec. and then sudently dissapears.
Has anyone seen this before??
