Hey Everybody, I hope this is a easy question to solve... I have been needing a portable application that will take multiple .ico files and pack them all into a single .dll file. To clarify i need a portable app that will create a .dll file such as PIFMGR.DLL that is packaged with windows XP. Please no programs that need installing and i have no clue of visual basic so that wont help either. Thanks alot everyone, have a good day.
