Copying data between records SQL

I am trying to copy data from 1 record to another record in the same table. We have 1 record with data in 4 of the fields that we want to copy over to another record, where those fields are empty. Instead of populating all of this data manually, is there an easy way of doing this with a script? thanks a lot.
