I have a strange problem. I am copying files from one folder to another however I only want it copying files that have two files under the same name for example we have:

these are the files in the folder I only want it copying file1 and file 3 because they have two files with that file name and then leave file2 in the folder.

has anyone got a way of doing this? if its not possible in batch can you suggest another script?

It appears .ord can exist without a .occ. Can a .occ exist without a .ord? This information could help narrow the selection of files to interrogate.

EDIT: Also, do you want to copy or move the files? Already copied files would be processed each time the script was executed; moved files would be processed only once (since they would no longer reside in the original directory).

When your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.
