I don't neccessarily want a forum but that's the easiest way I can describe what I want. I want something that when you type in some information in certain fields and you can choose some things from drop down menus then when you click submit it send that information to another page. Kinda like a forum except I want the information to an unknown page so that I'm the only one that can view it... I don't know if that makes since but if it does and you know something kinda like that please tell me where I can find or where I can learn how to make it Thanks -Andy
Get a guestbook with a private post option. visitors can choose to make the info private or public. Private can only be seen by you. your isps free webspace may have a plugin but you can find free guest books allover search google.
Mailto form. info can be inserted and mailed to your inbox. You can customize the drop down boxes in the script.

If it were me, I would use a perl script, just like the ones that write form feedback to e-mails, only instead of writing it to an e-mail, it writes it to an html file. cgi101.com has a full explanation on how to write to files with perl. Good luck, SN
