Specs: Windows Vista
I was wondering if there was a way to change colour in the middle of a batch,
color 0a
color 0b doesn't work, is there anything that does?

There is no batch command for this, if you want it you will have to use an external that can access the windows API.

An example is the utility I wrote called wcde, I'm not sure how it fairs on vista.....

wcde /c 11 0

I get this to work in Windows 7

Echo off
color 0A
Echo Color is set to green on black

It does however alter the color of all of the screen if you omit the CLS.

color 0B sets it to blue on black.
