Can't get Flash Movie to Play in IE

Hello. I've managed to get my homepage movie to play in Safari and Firefox but it will not play at all in Internet Explorer. All I get is a white box where the movie should be. When I right click, it says movie not loaded. I've read posts with similar issues but still can't get mine to work. Not sure if it's my PC as I am running Vista and am having the hardest time confirming that the Flash Plugin has been loaded in IE. Can someone help me out??? Much appreciated... Attach Code
