Hi, I would like to be able to call a perl sub with an html href link.
print "<a href=\"&func\">Click here</a>";
The "&func" is the function I want to call. The "print "Click here" and the "&func" would both be held in the same file, How do I do this?

You can't call/execute a Perl subroutine from an html link without calling/executing the Perl script

Your link needs to specify the full url of the Perl script that you want to execute and that url can include a get parameter which specifies the sub you want executed. The Perl script could use a dispatch table which executes the desired sub.
