I have written a mathematical programm using c++ (MicrosoftVisualStudio.NET) which basically calculates new matrices from one input-matrix of dimension n*m and a few numbers. The programm comiles and is linked. For n=m=100 it works. But for n=m=1300 it does not and I get the message: "An unhandled exception of type 'System.StackOverflowException' occurred". Actually I need this program to be able to handle big matrizes (n=m=1300) and not small ones. Could anyone take a look at my (admittedly lengthy) programm and tell me how to fix the problem?

A quick quess you are out of memory. Might have to reorganize the arrays.
