I am trying to learn various programing languages so far i've tryed BASIC and ActionScript...a programer friend of mine told me about a language called c+ and he said i should try that one too but I dont know of any program that uses that language maybe you folks can tell me?

Probably thinking of C++, but the rest of your post is vauge. If you're asking what will compile C++, the answer is many things. If you're wondering which programs were built off of C++, the answer is many things.

For Windows? Probably Visual Studio.

With Visual studio is it possible to create games?

It would be, yes. Most games these days are written in C++, or some hybrid of C and C++.
