Hello every1!! :D OK...I'm tired of sending my C# programs to my friends and then being told that a weird error message with a command prompt behind it appeared... Wanna know why?? no .NET Framework!! :( Is there any way that I can include the C# .NET Framework runtime files with my program?? if yes, will it take much space?? I doubt that would actually be such a good idea, since the .NET installer is roughly 20MB, and packaging it with an application that isn't going to be distributed on a CD is not very viable. Your best bet is to use the deployment system to create an installation that would detect the lack of .NET and point them to the right site for the download (either to Windows Update, or the installer itself which lurks somewhere in the Microsoft Download Central)

Who said that? I think the .NET framework has to be installed in order for .NET applications (that are written in Managed Code, or CLR format) to run. And that is much bigger than 4Meg. Chi "They mostly come at night...mostly"
