Pls help can someone explain to me how to create a bootable windows 2003 server cd from a preloaded working server?

I dont think you can create a bootable cd from the existing installation. However, if you have a non-bootable distribution, you can create a bootable cd out of it using the BCD tool: http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/ -- Holla.
