Use an autorun.inf to launch a script with the following code. Change paths to your needs:

@echo off
copy .\yourfile.ext c:\

Need way more info than that. What isn't working? Post your autorun.inf file. Post your script. Post everything you've done. We aren't mind readers...

I have made one autorun.inf file as you suggested and I put code as below in C drive but it was not working once I put CD in CD drive.

@echo off
copy g:\database.exe d:\

hope its clear now.

my point once CD drive active automatically data copied to local drive (e,d,f, etc...)

An autorun.inf file goes on the CD, not your local disk.

You build an autorun.inf and a script and put both on the CD. When the disk is inserted, it looks for an autorun.inf file, and if found, runs it. This autorun.inf needs to be setup to call your batch script via a relative path.
